Centura and community partners also sponsor senior programs throughout the state that provide extensive health and other special services, including health education classes, screenings, assessments and support groups.
Centura Health at Home
Centura Health at Home provides services such as home care, hospice, infusion, home medical equipment and oxygen in the comfort of your home or in one of our facilities. We offer a variety of skilled, dedicated caregivers, therapies, and equipment to suit your unique needs. Our care includes pain and symptom management, mobility and pastoral counseling. These outreach programs meet treatment requirements without patients having to leave the convenience and familiarity of their own homes.
