Centura Health Overview

Centura Health is Colorado's largest health care system, compassionately caring for people throughout Colorado including Boulder County, the metro Denver area, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Cañon City, and rural and mountain communities. Our system encompasses a network of 13 hospitals, seven senior living communities, and home health and hospice services that offer healing sanctuaries for our patients, staff, physicians and communities.

Hospitals

Centura’s 13 community hospitals provide treatment for a broad range of illnesses and conditions, including cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, childbirth, diabetes, pulmonary disease, and many more. Our emergency rooms and surgical suites are among the most active in Colorado. Centura hospitals offer advanced technologies, highly skilled and compassionate professionals, leading edge services and environmental details that enhance the healing process.

Centura Health at Home

Centura Health at Home brings a continuum of expert, innovative, compassionate care to people of all ages, in all the places they call home. More than 1,300 employees serve communities across the state, caring for more people in more places than any other organization of its kind in Colorado. The Centura Health at Home continuum of care includes home care, telehealth services, rehabilitation therapies, palliative care, both inpatient and home hospice services and seven senior living communities. Our senior communities spread throughout the Front Range offer a wide range of living opportunities and care for seniors, including independent and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing units, long-term care units and Alzheimer units. Residents enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors. Centura and community partners also sponsor senior programs throughout the state that provide extensive health and other special services, including health education classes, screenings, assessments and support groups.
